Chef Oriol Blanes Masana
graduated from the School of Hosteleria of Girona and has worked in
the kitchens of the most important restaurants of the Girona region.
Some of these restaurants include Can Pipes, Restaurant Rossini of
Peratalada, the Hotel Terramar de Llafranc and the Hotel Castle of Emporda.
Chef Oriol specializes in Emporada's recipes, seafood and rices. He
welcomes all the participation you would like to take part in.
