The cofounder, Marta Angulo, has an extensive experience in promoting the Spanish gastronomy in foreign countries, organizing and conducting press and trade trips as well as designing and implementing import/export strategies for food companies and producers. Anne Marie Aznarez has worked for years in the organization of the main Spanish food fair, Alimentaria, as well as being a consultant for various Spanish food associations.

We work together to provide the gourmet traveler culinary tours, coupled with cultural visits to undiscovered towns and cities which dot the countryside, blending tourism, education, and fun in a personalized and professional manner.  Our pre-organized trips will take you to some of the gourmet staples of Spanish cuisine - Andalusia , Central Spain - Extremadura & Castilla- and Northern Spain - Asturias, Basque Country- as well as La Rioja.  These trips highlight a truly impressive mosaic of culinary traditions, different landscapes and languages and an unbeatable monumental heritage, a legacy of the different peoples who have inhabited Iberia along the centuries.
