Cuisine International was founded by Judy Ebrey in 1987 as a company representing week long cooking schools and culinary experiences throughout the Western world. Presently with 18 hand-picked schools located in Italy, France, England, Portugal and Brazil, the perfect culinary journey can be found for interested clients. The company is constantly expanding and looking for new ways to bring our clients the best of what the culinary world has to offer, but still maintains the unique approach of not offering anything that we haven't experienced for ourselves. The business is completely run by family including owner Judy Ebrey, her husband Richard Ebrey, Judy's son Craig Terrell, and his wife Amy Terrell. |

| Judy Ebrey, Founder and Owner | ||
|
While raising her three children she decided to pursue her love of cooking and studied at Cordon Bleu in London as well as studying under many well-known chefs in the United States, France and Italy. She is a Certified Culinary Professional and a member of the International Association of Culinary Professionals, the American Institute of Wine and Food and Confrerie de la Chaine des Rotisseurs. After many years of catering, teaching, cooking and writing newspaper columns, Judy founded Cuisine International, a company which serves as an agent for 17 European cooking schools and culinary excursions in Italy, France and England. Many new countries are on the agenda for the future. Among her clients are Comptessa Anna Tasca Lanza, Fulvia Sesani, Diane Seed, Raymond Blanc and Enrico Franzese. Part of each year is spent searching out the best locations and instructors and opening new programs. Judy always attends the classes first to see if they meet the high standards for which she is known and she often returns to the schools to revisit. |

| Craig Terrell, Web Designer/Technical Consultant | ||
Craig,
Judy's son, was born in Houston, Texas. During grade school in McKinney, Texas, he
dabbled in everything from music to electronics to writing. However, being raised
by a mother so devoted to the culinary arts was bound to rub off, so he began assisting
her with her catering business by the age of 14. After being raised and educated in the north Texas area, he received a degree in Cultural Anthropology from the University of North Texas in 1997. He ran a successful technical consulting business for several years during and after college, then went back to his alma mater to become a network analyst and data systems developer where he currently keeps a full time position. With Cuisine International, he is the web designer and manager as well as the graphics designer, programmer and all around technical guru. In his off time, Craig enjoys traveling, cooking, reading, golfing, racquetball, and playing jazz and blues guitar. Beyond that, most of his time is spent developing computer applications and data storage systems. In the summer of 1997, he met Amy Dressen at a mutual friend's wedding and two years later she changed her name to Amy Terrell, now Cuisine International's Office Manager. |
