Enclosed is a 30% nonrefundable deposit of $* to reserve space in the cooking classes.  Final payment is due 90 days prior to arrival.**

INCLUDED: All meals and wine, lodging, cooking class’s tuition, and excursions unless otherwise listed by the individual locations. Transfers are according to the individual school.
NOT INCLUDED: Airfare, personal expenses, phones, faxes, insurance, laundry and services other than specifically mentioned.
RESPONSIBILITIES: We assume no liability for injury, delay, inconvenience, irregularity, loss or damage to person, property or additional costs resulting directly or indirectly from the following causes: Fire, acts of government, theft, cancellations over which we have no control. The right is reserved to alter the itinerary or to cancel tour prior to departure. In the event of the trip cancellation, liability will be limited to a refund of all payments received. The right is reserved to decline to accept or retain any person at any time should such person’s health, mental condition, physical infirmity or general deportment impede the welfare and enjoyment of other guests. Any physical disability requiring attention or treatment must be reported when the reservation is requested.
With drastic changes in the international exchange rate, individual schools retain the right to increase the prices of the courses accordingly.
Trip Insurance is highly recommended.
**Deposit for A Week in Provence:  $1,200 deposit.  Full payment must be made at the time of reserving if later than 6 months out.  $350 refund if cancellation is made 6 months out.  Otherwise total is non-refundable.
