MAMA AGATA
Mamma Agata gives you a unique opportunity to spend a week on the spectacular, wonderful Amalfi Coast .  Pick your vegetables from her kitchen garden, learn how to make your own Limoncello, savor a delicious meal, and listen to Mamma’s stories about cooking for celebrities.  The experience of the course will enable you to cook for your family, organize and prepare dinners at home with a rustic Italian flavor.

Located on the Neapolitan Riviera, this famous hotel houses the cloisters where Saint Francis meditated and sits on the side of a mountain overlooking the sea.  Classes on regional cuisine are prepared with local products and are taught by chef Enrico Franzese in an ancient Saracen tower.

Visit a superb Tuscan villa with beautiful frescos and country elegance; Villa Lucia dates back to the year 500, with additions reflecting the artistic period of the 18th century. Chef Fabio Guelfi will guide to a new understanding of Tuscan cuisine and leisure time can be spent in the luxurious gardens, swimming pool, or tennis court.
