Amalfi, one of the great wonders
of the Neapolitan Riviera, sits nestled on the side of the mountain looking straight down
into the sea. The Luna Convento was originally
a convent built in the 9th century. In the 13th century, St. Francis of Assisi founded the
graceful cloister, where he spent many hours meditating. Excursions include a walking tour of Amalfi, a guided tour of Pompeii, Ravello (the most elegant of the small cities on the Amalfi coast) for a tour of the Villa Rufolo gardens and Villa Cimbrone gardens, shopping in Sorrento, dinner at Don Alfonso, a 3 Michelin Star restaurant, with Chef Alfonso Iccarino and his wife Livia hosting a seven-course feast with a private tour of the historic wine cellar. |

| "I would say
the classes exceeded my expectations. It was not only interesting, but entertaining. I
have never gotten so many recipes I will actually use from a cooking class. They were
clear and simple enough to reproduce." Patti M. San Diego, CA |
| "Thanks again for a wonderful week. The food and the scenic beauty were only
outdone by your gracious hospitality. You have a truly magical place and are
surrounded by wonderful people." Frank G., Parsippany, NJ |
| "Thank you so very much for such a great week. I had never dreamed that the
school would be so much FUN! Everything was terrific. Thank you too for all
going out of the way to accommodate my diet. It was so nice to know there
would always be foods that I could eat, not having to worry about what it contained in the way of milk products. I know that this was a hassle for
everybody involved, and I so appreciate your concern and care in this regard. Thanks so much! " Cindy K., Dallas |

| "It was one
of the very best trips and experiences I have ever had! The classes went way beyond my
expectations. The tower is a beautiful place to hold class and enjoy Amalfi. Enrico has
such a passion for cooking - it was contagious. Rosemary was an absolute jewel. Knowing
there was contact person who spoke both languages well and knew all the local customs and
quirks and was willing to help in any capacity was priceless. It gave a real comfort
feeling that most visitors do not get when visiting a foreign country." Gene-Marie S. Bedford, TX |
