Another of Diane Seed's offerings, this time in her own home - in the beautiful Doria Pamphili Palace in the center of Rome at Piazza Venezia.  Hands-on classes feature local specialties and tours of the local markets.  Accommodations are not included, but a list of suggestions will be provided.

The seventh generation in her home, Fulvia Sesani is a charming guide of her native city and an accommodating hostess for the classes in her Venetian Palace, Palazzo Morosini della Trezza.  Classes include traditional Venetian cuisine and personally guided tours of the Rialoto Fish and Food Market.

A day with Mamma Agata is a unique opportunity.  Pick your vegetables from her kitchen garden, learn how to make your own Limoncello, savor a delicious meal, and listen to Mamma’s stories about cooking for celebrities.  The experience of the course will enable you to cook for your family, organize and prepare dinners at home with a rustic Italian flavor.
