When Chef Valter Roman contacted us with the news that he was opening a new school, we were ecstatic! Judy went to visit and was overwhelmed by the beautiful Borgo Bernardini and immediately set about working out the details. We are happy to welcome this fabulous new school into our family and hope you will consider it for your next trip. We promise you will not be disappointed. |

Three of our schools were recently chosen by Condé Nast Traveller magazine as part of the Top Ten Cookery Courses in the world. Included in the list were Alex Mackay's Le Baou d'Infer, Anna Tasca Lanza's Regaleali, and Raymond Blanc's Le Manoir aux Quat' Saisons. |

We are proud to announce the first class we have ever offered in the United States! The beautiful Boar's Head Inn in Charlottesville, Virginia will be hosting a four day/three night class filled with unique cuisine, fine wines and tours through this gorgeous and historic area of the country. This class is scheduled for July 12-15. |

These maps can be found on each school's page and if you click on the map, it will take you directly to MapQuest's interactive map of the area that goes down to, in some cases, "street-level" detail.
