Crostini al Balsamico

  

Ingredients:  
  • 18 slices French bread
  • 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 6 ounces lean top round, paper thin sliced
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 4 ounces Parmesan cheese, sliced thin
  • 1 tablespoon finely grated lemon zest
  • salt & pepper to taste
Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. On a large baking sheet, toast the bread in the oven for about 10 minutes, until crisp and golden.

Brush each piece of toast with 1 tablespoon of the oil. Top with a slice of beef. Season with salt and pepper, vinegar and the rest of the oil.

Garnish with the Parmesan and lemon zest, arrange on a platter and serve.
