The
cuisine of the various regions of Spain make some of the world’s finest
dishes. Rich in tradition and history (Arab, Jewish, Roman, Aztec, and
many other cultures all have contributed methods and ingredients), it has
an identity of its own. It is sensual yet simple, delicate but
unpretentious, folklorist and innovative.
Cook&Taste and its professional team want to share our passion
for the Mediterranean cuisine with those who come to visit us, inviting
them to join any of
our traditional local cooking workshops held in Barcelona.
We offer a wide range of
programs to meet different needs and tastes: half-day workshops and
three-day seminars. We also hold special workshops ‘a la carte’ that
cater for groups or specific requests. In all of these cases, you will
enjoy an interactive participating class and a try the menu prepared
during the workshop.
Our workshops are a unique opportunity to discover the essence and secrets
of our traditional home-made specialties. Learn about our local
gastronomy, its ingredients and origins, and the way to treat them.
You
will learn in a real Spanish kitchen environment placed in the heart of
Barcelona.
Half-day workshops
If you don’t have much time, join our half-day workshop (3 hours
aprox.).
Two different sessions each day: 12am and 18pm (from Monday to Saturday)

Addressed to those who are keen to get a more profound knowledge of our
gastronomic tradition, this program includes
three half-day sessions, (that can be booked at your convenience).

Group
Workshops (on request)
Customized programs for groups. We adapt schedules and menus to meet your
needs and tastes. All group workshops are
limited to 10 people.
